Places Victoria is governed by a Board of Directors; which includes:

Ken Fehilly - Places Victoria Deputy Chairman, Board  Ken Fehily (Chairperson)
Mr Fehily is a director of Fehily Advisory and a taxation specialist. He is a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. Mr Fehily has previously advised a number of state departments and agencies, including the Department of Treasury and Finance, Major Projects Victoria and the Office of Housing.
David Webster - Places Victoria Board   David Webster (Acting Deputy Chairperson)
David is Deputy Secretary, Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance where he is responsible for providing strategic commercial, financial and risk management advice to the Victorian Government. Activities include managing the State’s balance sheet, prudential supervision of the public financial corporations, Public Private Partnerships (PPP’s), infrastructure investment, commercial and property transactions and the monitoring and governance of the State’s major Government Business Enterprises.
Graeme Parton - Places Victoria Board Member  Graeme Parton (Director)
Mr Parton is a director of Charter Keck Cramer and has over 35 years of experience in property development and construction. He has previously provided strategic property advice to state and local government, including project development management and economic and market feasibility services for major projects.
William Bowness - Places Victoria Board Member  William Bowness (Director)
Mr Bowness is Chairman of the Wilbow Group which focuses on the provision of venture capital and funding for property development and general investment activities. Among his substantial experience, Mr Bowness brings skills and abilities in funding and delivery of infrastructure, property and land development and housing delivery.
Stephen Gregory - Places Victoria Board Member  Stephen Gregory (Acting Director)
Stephen is Director, Urban Development, Victoria Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure where he is responsible for commercial and financial advice on key projects, activating strategic centres and delivering key urban development projects. Activities involve governance of planning statutory authorities, provision of urban design services for strategic projects, working with councils in applying planning reforms to activity centres as well as overseeing urban renewal projects and preparing business cases for commercial and state funded infrastructure.
