Officer Town Centre
Welcome to the Officer Town Centre – a mixed use, walkable urban village set to become a key destination for businesses and residents in the outer south east growth area.
The Officer Town Centre is a Places Victoria urban renewal precinct project developed in partnership with the private sector, industry and government partners.
Development
The project masterplan incorporates office buildings, retail, community facilities and entertainment and provides for a wide range of housing to cater for different lifestyles and budgets.
The first key building in the town centre will be the new Cardinia Shire Civic Centre which will be complemented by a new main street and plaza.
Places Victoria is currently completing works on the roads and infrastructure leading to the site for the proposed secondary and specialist schools. The specialist school is due to be completed in time for the start of the 2014 school calendar year.
