Point Cook project achieves UDIA certification
Places Victoria’s CIRQ Point Cook project has achieved certification from the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) EnviroDevelopment sustainability rating tool.
The CIRQ project was one of three Victorian development projects to achieve certification, which was announced at a certification event in November.
The certification categories (or leaves) were for water, energy, waste, material and community.
